15th National Games

The Four-Yearly 15th National Games High Jump Event was held at the Guangzhou Olympic Sports Center. Ms. Kwok SM served as the on-site coach, providing immediate support and professional advice to the Hong Kong high jump representatives. One of the athletes was our school's alumnus, Cheung Ming Hung, who performed exceptionally well, achieving an outstanding height of 2.05m. After the competition, Cheung Ming Hung also took time to speak with the media, sharing his experiences and feelings from the event.

 

四年一度的第十五屆全國運動會田徑跳高賽事於廣州奧林匹克體育中心舉行。郭世明老師擔任現場指導，為香港跳高代表提供即時支持和專業建議。其中一位跳高運動員是本校校友張銘雄，他在比賽中表現出色，成功跳出了卓越的成績——2.05米的高度。賽後，張銘雄還接受了媒體的訪問，分享了他的比賽體驗及感受。

Hong Kong hosted the National Games for the first time. To experience this significant event, seventeen S5 students participated in a guided tour of the fencing competition held at the Kai Tak Arena. During the event, two fencing coaches provided on-site explanations of competition techniques and rules, greatly benefiting the students. The students actively engaged and enthusiastically cheered for the Hong Kong team, showcasing their spirit of unity and support.

 

香港首次舉辦全國運動會。為了體驗這項盛事，17位中五同學參加了在香港啟德體育園舉行的劍擊比賽導賞團。在比賽中，兩位劍擊教練現場講解了比賽技巧和賽例，讓同學們受益匪淺。同學們積極參與，熱情地為香港隊呐喊加油，展現了團結與支持的精神。
